Yvonne Lee Hallett Vetter passed to a place of eternal peace surrounded by her loving family and friends on the morning of February 3, 2017. Yvonne will be missed tremendously by her large family and many friends.Yvonne was born in Glasgow, MT on May 12, 1959. She grew up in Great Falls and attended Great Falls High School. She married her best friend, the love of her life, Greg Vetter on April 18, 1981. Together they had one son, Tyler Vetter. She has two stepchildren, Shawna Vetter Rouns (Chris) and Christopher Vetter in Arizona.She is survived by her husband, Greg; her children and grandchildren, Kamryn Rouns, Mia Rouns, Samantha Rouns, and Tayler Vetter; her mother, Betty Jelen Miller; two sisters, Jennifer Brooke (Michael) and Candace Block; four brothers, Stephen Hallett (Lucy), Donald Potter (Terry), Mike Potter (Joyce), and Matthew Potter (Kim); many nieces and nephews that cherish her; as well as family in the Glasgow area that miss her.Yvonne is preceded in death by her father Robert Hallett and her grandparents.She worked at Borrie's Restaurant for 23 years and was well known as a dynamic waitress. Yvonne was very creative at making jewelry and crafts and had fun collecting Mickey Mouse and other memorabilia. She was on a bowling league and pool league for many years. She and Greg started riding Harley motorcycles later in life and now have a large Harley family. Her biggest joy was gathering with family and friends to celebrate holidays and events. She was always brimming with life, love, and laughter. She loved life and was a firecracker in a small package. Yvonne had severe health challenges in the last two years and now is without pain and suffering. We will all miss her tremendously and our grief is deep as we say goodbye to our wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend.A memorial service for family and all friends will be held on Friday, February 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel.
