Viola Mae Tetzlaff, 61, of Great Falls, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017 of diabetes with her family at her side.Visitation will be on Tuesday, Jan 24, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. with the family to greet friends and family from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Schnider Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel with cremation to follow the service. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Viola was born May 25, 1955 in Great Falls, the daughter of Martin and Virginia Wells. After receiving her education in Great Falls, she held various jobs.She was united in marriage to Lance Tetzlaff on June 14, 1978. Lance passed away August 21, 1994.Viola loved her family and enjoyed going fishing and camping with them. Her past time was spent playing bingo and scratching her crossword tickets.Viola leaves behind two daughters, Georgina and Virginia Wells of Great Falls; three sons, Casey (Misty) Tetzlaff of Great Falls, James Tetzlaff (Desirae Lighthizer) of Great Falls, and Thomas(Crystal) Tetzlaff of Billings; three brothers, George Wells of Deer Lodge, James Wells of Great Falls, and Terry Wells of Billings; two sisters, Rosella (Billy) Mondragon and Corrine (Doug) Remsh both of Great Falls; brother-in-law Albert Nomee of Great Falls; ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, Brian and Jeri Lynn Rogers and Savanna Voyles.She was preceded in death by her husband, Lance Tetzlaff, her parents, Martin and Viginia Wells; and three sisters, Shirley Nomee, Pamela Wells and Vickie Gallager.
