Tammy Lee Lesmeister

Tammy Lesmeister, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2017 with her husband Dennis by her side. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel. Tammy was born on January 20, 1966 to Terry and Patty Mehan. Tammy met the love of her life, Dennis and they were married on his birthday, May 23, 1996. They were inseparable from the day they first met until her last breath. Tammy was a wonderful person who dedicated her life’s work to helping care for others as a CNA for many years. She went on to graduate from MSU with high honors with an associate’s degree in medical billing and coding in 2015. As of late, the simplest of things became difficult, yet she rarely complained from all the pain. She always felt she was a burden, but she never was to Dennis. Even though she is in a better place, she will be truly missed. She is survived by her husband, Dennis; brother Andre’ Mehan; sons Levi Dabler, Travis (Jacque) Dabler and Jeremy Lesmeister; father and mother-in-law, Don and Irene Lesmeister; 8 wonderful grandchildren whom she loved dearly; countless family and friends, too many to mention. She was preceded in death by her parents, Patty Arndt and Terry E. Mehan and her brother, Terry Joe Mehan. Sweetheart, you finally found the end of the rainbow!
