Sharon Hurley Fox passed on November 25, 2022, in Great Falls Montana. Sharon was born on March 15, 1950, in New York City, New York. She graduated from CMR High School in 1967, then graduated from the College of Great Falls in 1974 with a degree in Elementary Education. She was a member of the Great Falls Art Association and a member of the Greek Orthodox as well as being a part of the Orthodox Church of Great Falls. She managed The Sting and then later was a bookkeeper at Sports City Cyclery.
Sharon was an avid gardener, artist, and seamstress. She loved baking and sold cotton candy with her granddaughter Annie at the Farmers Market.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Fox; brother, Bill (Joyce) Hurley of Brady MT; daughter, Alison Daily; step-daughters, Elisa (Travis) Pierce, and Stephanie Fox; step-son, Kent Fox; and grandchildren, Adrianna Dailey Smyth; step-grandchildren, Tristan Pierce, Elizabeth (Wyatt) Letexier and Piper Pierce; nephew; Mike (Lisa) Hurley; nieces, Joan Hurley, and Katie Scollin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Helen Hurley and grandparents Thomas and Marie Hurley and Anthony and Evangaline Kypreos.
A funeral service will be held on December 17, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel with a reception following at Schnider Funeral Home. A memorial in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society and Alzheimer’s Association.
