Rosemary finished her long faith filled life on May 19, 2021. She was born April 29, 1936, to Vera and Emery Riggins in Williams, Arizona. Rosemary met Charles H. She and Chuck extended their family shortly after with the birth of the first of five boys in 1966. The family relocated to Great Falls, Montana, in 1971 for health reasons. Rosemary loved Great Falls till her last breath. Rosemary dedicated her life to her God Jehovah on February 6, 1961.As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, she devoted much time in helping her children and others learn of Gods promises from the Bible. One such promise she hoped for and comforted others with is from Revelation 21:4 “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Rosemary was devoted to serving Jehovah the best she could and raising and caring for her seven children. Rosemary enjoyed family gatherings, especially at Giant Springs State park or Gibson Park in Great Falls. Spending time with her many children and grandchildren was always a highlight of her life. There was always room for one more at her dinner table. She was Preceded in death by her husband, Chuck; and her sons, Charles Jr. and Joseph. She is survived by siblings, Jane Heflin, Richard Riggins, and Warren Riggins; daughters, Chris (Tom) Hay, Jeri (Gary) Sherriff, Christina Hopper; sons, William (Laurie) Hopper, David (Anne)Hopper, Scott (Brook) Hopper; and ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
