Rosanne Marie Stukey

Rosanne Marie Stukey (nee Scharhag) of Great Falls, MT passed away peacefully on August 9, 2023, at the age of 68. Rosanne was born in Milwaukee, WI on October 15, 1954, the daughter of the late William and Loretta Scharhag. She married Carl W. Stukey, Jr. on October 31, 1981. He preceded her in death on August 6, 2020. Rosanne loved her family very much especially all of her nieces and nephews. She loved her animals, Benji, Duchess, Skunky, and Oreo. Rosanne and Carl gave generously to those in need. They had an open door policy to family and friends who needed a place to stay. Survivors are her sisters, Bea (Bud) Bartline, Kathy Zippel, and Terri (Gary) Thomas all of WI; brothers, John Scharhag, Steve (Judy) Scharhag of MT, and Robert Scharhag of WI; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of MT; many nieces and nephews of WI and MT; aunts; uncles; and friends. Rosanne was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; grandparents; brother-in-law, Ralph Zippel; niece, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Per Rosanne’s request no formal services will take place. A family celebration of Rosanne’s life will take place in Wisconsin at a later date. Memorials may be given to your local humane society. A special thank you to Rosanne's brother, Steve, for helping take care of her and keeping her in her home as long as possible. To the care givers at Highgate Senior Living, Great Falls hospital ER staff, and EMTs, thank you for your compassion and wonderful care of Rosanne. To Pat, thank you for being a wonderful friend to Rosanne and Carl and helping them as needed. Heaven has gained another angel. Fly high Ro Ro on eagles’ wings. Thank you for all the love & laughs.
