Ronald Vance Vollmer

Ronald Vance Vollmer, 80, of Great Falls, passed away August 19, 2018. A funeral service will be Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Highland Cemetery. Ronald was born December 25, 1937 in Minot, North Dakota to Emil and Sepha (Barron) Vollmer. He graduated from Minot High School in 1957. He went on to serve in the US Army from 1961 to 1963. After he was discharged from the Army, he went on to open a tree service in the Great Falls area. He went to the Peak Wellness Center where he had many friends. Ronald is survived by his brothers, Dennis of Bismarck, ND, James of Salt Lake City, UT, and Gerald of Manitoba, Canada; sister-in-law Buelah of Winthrop Harbor, IL; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a twin brother in 1999. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ronald’s name may be made to Peace Hospice.
