Roland Clinton Hasner

Roland Clinton Hasner, 78, of Great Falls, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 with his loving family by his side. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1410 13th St. S. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Roland was born on November 17, 1939 in Poplar, Montana to Clinton and Elsie (Marsh) Hasner. He was the eldest of four with three younger sisters. Roland worked in the construction field, ranching, western livestock and as a crossing guard for Great Falls Public Schools. His hobbies included woodworking, camping and spending time in the mountains. He is survived by sons Gerald, John (Monica) and Jamin (Lorie) Hasner; his gal, best friend and dance partner for over 20 years, Sharon Heinen; Sharon’s children Ron, Alan and Jeff Jensen; sister Joan Nagy; mother Elsie Hasner; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Roland was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela; two sisters; and his father.
