Richard Bauder

Richard Arthur Bauder, 95, of Great Falls, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at a local care facility.At Richard request no services will be held. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Schnider Funeral Home.Richard was born October 10, 1919 in Java, South Dakota to Jacob and Carrie (Mertz) Bauder. He attended high school in McLaughlin South Dakota until going into the CCC Camp.In 1961, Richard married Erma Ann Christianson in Great Falls. They raised their family here in Great Falls.Richard liked reading and fixing things. He was a real jack of all trades. He was an inventor and was always in the garage working on his ideas.Richard is survived by his wife, Erma Bauder; daughter Judy B. Bauder of Salt Lake City, Utah; brothers Ervin Bauder of Georgia and Harvey Bauder of McLaughlin, South Dakota; and sister Bernice Record of California.Richard is preceeded in death by his son Keith Allen Bauder and his parents.Richards family would like to thank everyone at Missouri River Manor for all their work and care
