Reid has touched so many lives and leaves many behind, but his love, compassion, and devotion to his family will never be forgotten. Reid was an avid fan of many sports and teams but even more so if one of his beloved children or grandchildren were involved. From hunting and fishing trips with the boys to finding ways to help anyone in need, Reid filled his time helping others and enjoying his family. Words will never express the void that we all are experiencing at this time of loss, but we will all find comfort in knowing Reid passed surrounded by his family and with his loving wife by his side.Reid was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, three sisters, and in-laws Howard and Margaret Scott. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to The Ronald McDonald House Charities Inc., 26345 Network Place, Chicago, IL 60673-1263 or online at www.rhmc.com or to a charity of your choice.
