Phillip E. Thompson

Phillip E. Thompson, a Great Falls native, passed away peacefully in his sleep with family and friends at his side on February 21, 2023. He was 87 years old.

Phillip was born on February 27, 1935. He was a Navy veteran, Safeway meat butcher, brick mason with the Anaconda Company, and an independent business operator with the Amway Corporation until he medically retired. He was a former DAV Honor Guard and Korean War Veteran. He loved to bake treats for family and friends.

He is survived by a sister, Beverly Evans; sons, Glenn Thompson and Bruce Thompson; 4 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

The memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Northwest Family Fellowship Church.
