Pamela Jean Daul, 58, died peacefully on March 18, 2017 at Peace Hospice, surrounded by family and friends, after a long and courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was a loving mother, grandmother, wife and friend, whose courage, strength, and fighting spirit will be dearly missed by so many, but will remain in our hearts forever.Visitation will be Friday, March 24, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Schnider Funeral Home. A memorial service will be Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Pam was born September 14, 1958 in Lansing, Michigan. She was raised in Nashville, Michigan and attended Maple Valley High School. After moving to Montana, Pam worked as a bartender at the Prospector Casino for many years, and Spoons afterwards. She enjoyed softball, darts, and pool leagues, and was an avid drag racing fan. However, she was most passionate about spending time with her two children and seven grandchildren.She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in December 2013. She fought with courage, grace, and never ending hope. Shortly after, she became an avid supporter and advocate for ovarian cancer awareness, and was passionate in participating in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. Her walking and fundraising has been inspirational, and will continue to be for many years to come, as we will honor her memory and continue her fight to help find a cure.Pam was preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine; father William; stepmother Sally; brothers William Musser and Rex Symonds; and sisters Dawnette Symonds and Jeannie Symonds.She is survived by her husband, Mark Daul; son McKenzie Jones (Tonya); her daughter Jessi Srb and Curt Moore; grandchildren Brendin, Ariel, Jeremiah, Taylor, Jazmyn, Iris, and Brooklyn; sisters Beth Keesler, Robin Mix, Brenda Symonds, Patty Williams, and Trudy Beacham; and brothers Mike Musser, David Musser, and Craig Symonds.Much gratitude goes to Dr. Bryan Martin; the staff at Sletten Cancer Institute; and the countless others that aided in her fight. Your wings were ready, but our hearts were not.
