Nicole and Makayla Cobell-Skaggs, twin daughters of Timothy Skaggs and Leslie Cobell, passed away July 9, 2013.The twins are survived by their mother, Leslie Cobell and their father Timothy Skaggs; maternal grandmother, Juli Prouty; paternal grandparents, Roger Dreese and Kelli Skaggs; great-grandmother Gaylene Parent; brother Devin Linder; sisters Lannie Linder and Sadie Skaggs.They were preceded in death by grandfather, Myron Cobell; great-grandfather Billy Cobell; and great-grandparents Rose Racine and Delbert Wilson.
