Wendt, 28, of Great Falls, died on Thursday, August 8, 2013.A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Melissa was born on January 29, 1985 in Great Falls, Montana. She married the love of her life Bryant Owen October 16, 2010 in Bellefonte, PA.She loved singing, drawing, her husband and her family.Melissa is survived by her husband, Bryant Owen; mother Dina Wendt of Great Falls; father Stephen Long; her sisters Marlena A. Wendt and KrystineA. Scolley both of Great Falls; father and mother-in-law Michael and Cynthia Owen of Bellefonte, PA; her grandparents Vern Wendt and Kathy Nyman-Wendt both of Great Falls; and special cousins, Searra, Aspen, and Phoenix Donnelly.
