Maxine T. O'Fallon

Maxine T. OFallon, 89, of Great Falls, passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at her home with her daughter by her side.A funeral liturgy will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with interment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Schnider Funeral Home.Maxine was born July 30, 1926 in Great Falls to William and Agnes Thomas. She was raised here in Great Falls and graduated from Great Falls High School in 1944. She married Walt OFallon May 3, 1947. Maxine and Walt had one child, Sherry.Maxine worked for the Cascade County Treasure, Motors Insurance, and Horse Racing Paramutual, all here in Great Falls. She was involved in Girl Scouts, Pink Ladies and the Home Demonstration Club. Maxine enjoyed bowling, golfing and spending winters in Yuma, Arizona playing shuffle board.Maxine is survived by her daughter, Sherry OFallon Dunston; sister in law Marge Thomas; grandchildren, Shelley (Mike) Samuel, Adam (Samantha) Dunston, Lee (Julie) Dunston, Dillon OFallon; great grandchildren; Blaid, Makayla, Jeanie, Emmaleigh, Sabre and Lincoln; and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband, Walt; parents Agnes and Bill Thomas; brother, Bill Thomas; and son-in-law Dave Dunston.
