Marlene Fitzpatrick

Marlene Fitzpatrick, 79, of Great Falls, died peacefully of natural causes on Friday, October 16, 2015 at a local rehabilitation center.A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Marlene was born May 27, 1936 to Patrick and Barbara Fitzpatrick of Stockett, Montana. She graduated from Great Falls High School and then entered the work force, where she worked at various companies around Great Falls. Marlene was a hard worker with a kind and generous heart.The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Benefis hospital and rehabilitation facility and at Park Place for the care and kindness that they showed her over the past few months.Marlene is survived by her nieces, Amy (Ed) Bush of Navarre, FL, Karen (Russ) Shaw of Colorado Springs, CO, and Sara (Keith) Luoma of Stockett; sister in law Carol (Stanley) Fitzpatrick; and several great nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents Patrick and Barbara Fitzpatrick; her brothers Bill and Stanley Fitzpatrick; and by her sister Patsy Casteel.
