Marian Joyce Everson

Marian “Joyce” Everson, 93, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2017. Joyce was born January 9, 1924 in Bottineau, ND. She graduated from Bottineau High School. After graduation, she moved to Hollywood, CA, where she lived and worked for three years, returning to North Dakota to marry Glenn Everson. She was an avid reader and loved traveling in the motor home, going to the cabin in Monarch, and Charlie Pride. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Joyce is survived by her son, Terrance; daughters Melany (Maury) Villeneuve, Tamra Everson, Robin (Ron) Miller, and Janelle (Tom) Van Tighem; grandchildren Derek (Kerri) Villeneuve and Lindsey Villeneuve; great-grandchildren Silas, Sabine, Carys, Kellan, Zoe and Lola; and her long-time friend of 60 years, Lorraine Moody. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and siblings. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery. Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
