Marcella A. Sickler, 75, passed away at home with her family by her side on Christmas day, December 25, 2013. She was born on July 23, 1938 to Henry and Katherine (Grundhauser) Hollinger in Dickinson, North Dakota.She married Dave Sickler on December 29, 1956 in Dickinson, North Dakota. In 1964 they settled in Great Falls and she worked as a cashier clerk and manager for 33 years at Buttrey and Albertson stores.Marcy is survived by her loving husband Dave; children: Kae (Clay) McCloskey, of Butte, MT, Korene (Mike) Christensen, of Salt Lake City, UT, Perry Sickler of Seattle, WA, and Connie Fowler of Great Falls; ten grandchildren: Bob (Reed) McCloskey, Angie (Mark) Spolar, Liz McCloskey (Jer), Rick (Cortney) McCloskey, Kristina Haven (Zach), Alyssa Sickler (Garret), Lindsay (Evan) Jones, Katelyn Sickler (Ben), T.J. Fowler and Travis Fowler; eight great-grandchildren, sisters: Dorothy Kilwein of Rancho Santa Fe, CA, Betty Kuntz, of Glendive, MT, Mary Ebenhoeh, of Prescott, AZ; brother: Edward (Terry) Hollinger, of Dickinson, ND; brothers and sisters-in-law and many extended families.Preceding her in death were her parents, brothers, Richard and Andy Hollinger, her father and mothers-in-law and brothers-in-law.Marcy was a very loving, compassionate and caring wife, mother and grandmother.
