Lisa Romero

Lisa Romero, 55, of Great Falls, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Peace Hospice after a valiant battle with cancer.In accordance with her wishes there will be no services. Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements.Lisa was born on March 6, 1958 in Libby, Montana to John and Ellen Brooks. She married her husband, Ken Romero, on April 28, 1975. They had three children who they raised in Libby. They moved to Great Falls in the summer of 1994.She loved being outdoors with her family, gardening, and volunteering her time to help rescue cats.Lisa is survived by her husband, Ken Romero; daughter Jessica Zarr; son Justin (Sara) Romero; mom, Ellen Brooks; grandchildren Kaitlyn, Jaqueline, Zekeriah and Yliana; sister Robin Napier; and two brothers, Gary and Johnny Brooks all of Great Falls.She was preceded in death by her dad, John Brooks.
