Kenneth Eugene Chapman, 69, of Great Falls, passed away Monday, December 31, 2018. Visitation will be Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m., both at Trinity Lutheran Church with burial to follow at Manchester Cemetery. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Kenneth was born on March 22, 1949 to Zail and Carol (Porter) Chapman in McMinnville, Oregon. He graduated from Great Fall High School before joining the armed services. He served his country in the Navy, Coast Guard, and the Air National Guard. He attended college at the University of Montana in Missoula. He worked for eight years in electronics installation at The Source Inc. He went to work at North Country Media Group (NCMG) as a video editor. He was with NCMG for 24 years before he retired. He was a member of the Great Falls Symphonic Choir participating in various musical productions. He was also part of the worship team and the church choir at Trinity Lutheran Church. He also enjoyed photography, woodworking, soccer, playing the guitar, and military history. Kenneth is survived by his wife, Anita Chapman of Great Falls; daughters Sarah Chapman and Rebecca (Tarl) Legg both of Great Falls; sons Sam, Ken, Jon, and Tim Chapman all of Great Falls; brothers Michael and Larry (Marnee) Chapman both of Great Falls, Tom (Becky) Chapman of Missoula, Zail (Marilou) Chapman of Vancouver, WA, and Joel (Debra) Chapman of Great Falls. He was preceded in death by his parents, Zail and Carol Chapman.
