Kenneth B. Salois

Kenneth Brian Salois, 57, of Great Falls, passed on to be with the Lord, Sunday morning, July 23, 2017.Ken was born in Cut Bank, Montana to Everett and Betty Salois on November 15, 1959. He received his education at South Side Elementary and Cut Bank High School. Upon graduating, he embarked on one of his proudest accomplishments, serving 22 years for the US Air Force. After retiring, he found a new calling in the powerline construction industry. From safety coordinator to operations manager, he quickly came to love his work and fellow employees. Kens amazing attitude and infectious laughter won the hearts of the many people he came in contact with throughout his life.In 1987, he married Karin Sasse. Together they had four children, Megan Smith of Arizona, Brianna, Alyssia and Gabriel of Great Falls, MT. Also surviving Ken is grandchild Jay Smith of Arizona; sister Kate Salois of Cut Bank, MT; and legend Michael Salois of Helena, MT; and niece Cheyenne Scammehorn of Great Falls, MT.A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2017 in Cut Bank at the First Presbyterian Church. A burial of ashes will follow with military honors at Crown Hill Cemetery in Cut Bank. A reception will follow the burial back at the church. At Kens wishes, cremation has taken place.
