Julie Fay Tramelli-Lahr, 50, of Great Falls, died from cancer on Sunday, October 9, 2011 at Peace Hospice.A memorial service will be held at Hillcrest Lawn Chapel on Friday, October 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Chris McCalmon officiating. Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements.I made it and how sweet it is. Julie was born on June 6, 1961 to Rudy and Ada Fay Tramelli in Great Falls, Montana. She graduated from Great Falls High in 1979.She then started off her life adventure that included time living in Canada. Julie worked many places before settling down working for her Dad in the many rental properties they owned, where she met and touched so many lives. She loved being her Dads side kick and watching him work.Julie married Douglas Del Lahr on July 24, 2011 at Peace Hospice. They made a little happy home at Peace Hospice where they spent many hours playing cribbage, laughing and talking.Julie loved to spend time at the family cabin at Logging Creek. She had a passion for her family, dog, friends, faith and Bart the Bear. Her heart was so huge that everyone who met her loved her. We cannot count the lives she touched and changed. She kept her million watt smile all the way till the end. Her courage and grace, as she fought the cancer, will forever be remembered by all who knew her.God chose to take her home but cancer did not win. Her spirit stayed strong and sweet.Julie is survived by her husband, Del Lahr of Great Falls; her mother, Ada Fay Tramelli of Great Falls; a brother Mark Tramelli of Great Falls; half sister Laurie Riemann of Laurel, MT; stepdaughter Zannaleigh Lahr of Great Falls and Carolyn Lahr of Utah and many aunts, uncles cousins and friends.She was preceded in death by her father Rudy Tramelli; brother-in-law Jim Lahr, Curt Riemann and her beloved dogs Grizz and Socky.
