John Arthur "Jack" Thody

John Arthur Jack Thody, 85, of Great Falls, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2015.A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at 809 Coyote Ct, Great Falls. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Schnider Funeral Home.Jack was born on November 21, 1929 to Wilbur and Bridgette (Stetsel) Thody in Conrad, Montana. He married Judy Bergstrom, his wife of 50 years.He was an apartment manager taking care of everything from mechanical, maintenance of the building and carpentry. He was mainly a Jack of all Trades, but Master of None. He enjoyed playing cards, jigsaw puzzles, fishing, and woodworking.Jack is survived by his wife Judy; children Penny, Dorothy (Roy), Joyce, Annette (Mike) and John (Sara); 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; sisters Gladys, Jean, Faye, and Geraldine; and brother Jay.He was preceded in death by his mother Kay Goddard; son Calvin; grandson Tracy; and granddaughter Kristi.
