Jerry Denoma

Gerald Jerry Thomas DeNoma, 68, of Great Falls, passed away on October 6, 2015 surrounded by loved ones.Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Schnider Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Burial with military honors will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements.Jerry was born January 8, 1947, in Glasgow, Montana to Henry Hank and Harriett DeNoma. He grew up and attended school in Saco, Montana. Jerry enlisted in the U.S. Army after high school and served in the Vietnam War.He enjoyed horse racing and was a huge fan of the Rolling Stones.Jerry is survived by his brothers Pat (Pam) DeNoma and Jim (Bonnie) DeNoma; sister Mary Yvonne Vye; nieces and nephews Michael Mayes, Jeff DeNoma, Shannon DeNoma Taylor, Vanessa Vye Hodges, Amanda Vye, Matt Lapke, and Jake Lapke; and special friend, Carolyn Samson.Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Hank and Harriett and a brother, John Sidney DeNoma.
