Jed Dillon Hawatmeh (Jackman)

Jed Dillon Hawatmeh of Great Falls, MT, a beloved 39-year-old man left this world when his heart of gold stopped beating in the morning hours of February 8, 2018. While the sun came up, his sun went down, leaving behind his family and friends whom he loved and who love him. The characteristics that best describe Jed are love, loyalty, courage, hope, and humor. He had a zest for life and lived it robustly, full of love and laughter. A true artist, Jed designed his shop, Sparrows & Arrows Tattoo, and had a passion for his craft, tattooing. He enjoyed painting, drawing, camping, fishing, travel, animals, Harleys, colognes, oddballs and outcasts, music, movies, and cooking. He loved his English bulldog Max and Whitney's cat Toby. Jed had great hopes for his future. He planned to continue building his business, Sparrows & Arrows Tattoo, and to open another shop. He wanted to ride his Harley a lot more, particularly with his brother Jesse. He especially hoped and planned to build a life and family together with his fiancé Whitney. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Carol (Glaeske) Pond, and by his friend, whom he called his "guiding light", York "Tattoo York" Fredrickson. Jed leaves behind his mother Star Jackman of Great Falls, MT; his brother Jesse Jackman of Great Falls, MT; his father Hani Hawatmeh of San Diego, CA; and his fiancé Whitney Traeholt of Great Falls, MT. A celebration of Jed's life is pending at this time, but will be announced. In lieu of flowers, please consider the needs of the family.
