James "Jimmy" Payne

James Jimmy Dennis Payne, 52, of Great Falls, passed away on August 13, 2014.A celebration of life for James D. Payne, age 52, of Great Falls, will be held Saturday, September 27, 2014 starting at 3:00 p.m. at the Eagles Lodge, 1501 9th St S., Great Falls, MT. Please come visit and enjoy beverages and a potluck supper.Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements.Jimmy was born on March 27, 1962 in Great Falls, Montana to Samuel and Betty Lee Payne. He lived in Ulm, MT his entire childhood. He graduated from Great Falls High School and lived in Great Falls doing various construction jobs over the years and also worked as a seismographer.Jimmy enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends over a cold beer. He loved his family very much.Jimmy is survived by his mother, Betty Lee Payne; brothers Samuel (Darlene) Payne, Daniel (Lori) Payne, Mark (Wendy) Caldwell, and Larry (Pat) Caldwell; and sisters Linda (Corky) Hunt and Cindy (Dave) Christenson.He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Payne; sister Sharon Nicholls; and brother Jack Caldwell.
