James "Jim" Johnson

James Jim LeRoy Johnson, 58, of Great Falls passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 of natural causes at his home.Services for Jim are pending and will be announced at a later date. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Schnider Funeral Home.Jim was born on July 15, 1957 to Elmer LeRoy and Mary Grace Johnson in Great Falls, Montana. He attended schools in Great Falls and graduated from Great Falls High School.Jim worked as a brick mason for several years and then became a caregiver. He enjoyed his travels thru Europe immensely. He was fun-loving and always had a good word for everyone and an infectious smile. Jim enjoyed cooking and playing pool with his friendsJim is survived by his mother, Mary Grace Johnson; sisters Terri Kessler of Great Falls, MT and Carolyn (Larry) Renman of Missoula, MT; nephews Ryan Little of Sheridan, WY and Nik Kessler of Great Falls, MT; nieces Tarra (Cole) Eckenstein and Amber (Ron) Cooper both of Great Falls, MT; and close friends Mike and Jake.He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer and brother-in-law Jim Kessler.
