Irene Olson

Irene V. (Jazovnik) Olson Grandma O, 89, of Great Falls, passed away Monday, November 23, 2015, at her home surrounded by her loving family.Per her request, no services are being planned. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Schnider Funeral Home.Irene was born in Great Falls, Montana on December 21, 1925 to Peter and Victoria Jazownik. She attended Great Falls High School and graduated in 1943. She went on to work as a bookkeeper. She met and later married the love of her life, Ralph Olson on June 13, 1947.She is survived by her husband, Ralph of 68 years; twin sons Dennis (Emma) Olson and David (Polly) Olson; and daughter Linda Linghor all of Great Falls; ten grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Victoria Jazownik; son Gerald Olson; sister Pauline Yankausky; brother Joe Kuglin; and great-granddaughter Taylor Goven.
