Howard Sebastian Palagi

Howard was born in Black Eagle, MT, July 16, 1924. He graduated from Great Falls High School and attended the U of M, receiving an Associate’s Degree. He married his high school sweetheart, Margaret DeHaan. They shared a wonderful life together until her passing in 2017. They traveled the world, and rarely, was one without the other. Dad was a juvenile probation officer, retiring as Chief Probation Officer. It was a job he loved, having many great memories. He was a life-long member of the Elks Club and gave to many charities. He passed away on January 23, 2020. In the last few years, he often said he had a good life which makes us all so happy.
