Helen Sattoriva

H. Carol Sattoriva, 78, of Great Falls, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 27, 2016 after a courageous battle with breast cancer.Her memorial service will be at Crossroads Memorial Church, 1700 Market Place Dr, Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Carol was born to Raymond and Dorothy Norton in Merrill, Iowa in December 1937. She attended school in Le Mars, Iowa. She moved with her family to Montana in 1976. She worked in the healthcare industry for many years.She married Art Sattoriva in 1996. He passed away in 2001.The most important things in Carols life were the Lord and her family. She raised her five children in Iowa, South Dakota, and Montana. She was very active in her church and Bible studies.She enjoyed teaching Sunday school, hosting church activities, planning parties and dinners with family and friends, raising beautiful flowers and vegetables, and sewing.Carol was loved by many and will be missed by all, especially her friends, George Ingram and Margit Jensen.She is survived by her children, Janet (St. Peter) McGee of Ames, IA, Dan (Laura) McCamley of Waldorf, MD, Randall (Julie) McCamley of Great Falls, Rick (Mary) McCamley and Tricia (Mike) Turner both of Kalispell; five grandsons, Danny (Crystal) McCamley, Cameron (LaVonne) McCamley, Stephen (Amber) Turner, Jared (Kortney) McGee, Sam McCamley; great-grandsons Liam and Declan McCamley; brother Don (Naomi) Norton of Bellevue, NE; sisters Betty (Sig) Stenlund of Boulder, CO, Joyce Madsen (Larry, deceased) of Sioux City, IA, Judy (Terry) Kenealy and Sheryl (Glen) Rippke both of Ames, IA.Carol was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Art Sattoriva.Memorials can be sent to Crossroads Memorial Church, PO Box 3084, Great Falls, MT 59403.
