Hazel Fay Lawrence

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hazel Fay Lawrence.

Hazel Fay Lawrence was born on September 10, 1962 in Havre, Montana to Harry Lawrence and Patricia Ann Champange. Hazel was 61 years old when she unexpectedly passed away on December 11, 2023 at home of natual causes.

Hazel grew up in Havre, Montana and then move to Great Falls where she raised her 4 children. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, listening to country music, playing Yahtzee, and occasionally a slot machine. She enjoyed helping rasing grandchildren and would go above and beyond for them. She had a big heart to help anyone in need. She was a mom and grandma to so many. She will be missed.

Hazel is surived by her four children, Troy (Nikki) Lawrence of Great Falls, Billie Jean (Shad) Nopen of Arizona, Patricia (Matthew) Boyland of Great Falls, and Richard Lawrence of Great Falls. Her eight grandchildren, Damien (21), Alizea (19), Brooklynne (15), Dante (14), Jaxon (13), Cailynne (12), Miya (11), Atlantis (4); sisters Oliva Larson of Great Falls, Patty Ann Larson of Great Falls, Charlene Klemkosky of Arizona, Bobbie (Scott) JoWilkins of Havre; brother, Gabriel Lawrence of Havre; along with her many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Hazel was preceded in death by her parents, Harry Lawrence and Patricia Ann Champagne; significant other, Jesse Lankford; brothers, Leonard Champange, Arthur Lawrence, William Lawrence, and Harry Lawrence.
