Harriet Sis Krattiger (Brown) was born June 16, 1940, to Gwyn and Ruby Brown in Dillon, Montana. She was raised on a ranch and attended school in Armstead, Montana. In 1953, her family moved to Dillon, where she finished her schooling, graduating in 1958. She worked as a nurse's aide for a couple of years before moving to Great Falls, Montana.She worked at different banks in the area. Later on, she worked for the Great Falls "public" Schools food service, retiring in 1999.In February of 1962, she married Robert Krattiger. They had two sons, Steve and Tony. She was active in the youth hockey program, where her sons played for years. She also enjoyed bowling and making gambling trips with her friends. She loved watching her granddaughters play soccer when they were younger and her grandson Bryce play baseball and hockey. She and her husband also made many trips to Alaska.She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Robert; sons Steve (Kim) and Tony (Teresa); grandchildren Amy Krattiger, Holly (Kyle) Burwell, Megan (Donnie) Zuhoski, Bryce Krattiger, all of Great Falls, and Jacqueline Murphy and Logan Krattiger of San Diego, California; special family Melissa Moorehead of Bozeman, Montana, and Ashley (Ryan) Osterman of Helena, Montana; great-grandchildren Grace, Kirby, Nolan, Beckett, Halen, Kaleb, Addie, Aubree, Maddy, Emmett, Kenley, and Brielle; brothers Baxter (Anita) and Ben (Sharon) of Dillon and Tom (Pat) of Westminster, Colorado; as well as several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Buster, and nephew Doug.At her request, no services are planned. Cremation has taken place.Donations may be made to the Great Falls Rescue Mission, the Great Falls Community Food Bank, or St. Jude's.
