Geraldine “Gerri” Dafoe, beloved wife of Hal for 56 years, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 3, 2024. Known for her discerning taste, Gerri was a vibrant soul who brought a joyful presence with her stylish clothes, beautiful hair and impeccable fashion. With a heart full of love and compassion, Gerri provided comfort and solace to her family and friends, always putting their needs above her own. She excelled at supporting her family, dedicating herself to ensuring her loved ones pursued their passions through countless extra-curricular activities.

Gerri was a talented crafter, gifting handmade treasures to teachers and friends as tokens of her affection. Her heart of service extended beyond her family, as she served on the Great Falls Community Health Board for 24 years and worked in sales at Malmstrom AFB base exchange for 17 years. She also enjoyed the friends she made by selling Jafra for 35 years. Gerri was an avid reader with a thirst for knowledge; she stayed informed about worldly current events and politics, and she was a talented conversationist.

Her greatest joy in life was providing love, support, and guidance for her husband; three daughters, Kean (husband Rodney), Kylynn, and Kareece; and spoiling her five cherished grandchildren, Parker, Paige, Cadence, Christian, and Lincoln. Services will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, with the vigil at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2024, and her funeral will be held Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with luncheon to follow.
