Georgine Judge

Georgine Althea Judge, 83, of Great Falls, died on Monday, September 9, 2013 at a local hospice facility.A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel.Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery. Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements.Georgine was born on February 8, 1930 in Ronan, Montana to Arthur and Gladys (Jackson) Johnson.She married Donald Judge in 1952 in Great Falls, Montana.In 1978, she began painting with oil and watercolors. Georgine enjoyed making quilts and clothing, flowers and nature, and spending time camping.She especially loved her family and was loved by all.Georgine was the chairman of the Western Heritage Artist Association for five years, chaplain for the Westside VFW LadiesAuxiliary, and attended the Cowboys for Christ events.Georgine is survived by her son, Richard Hansard of Rudyard; and daughter Dawn (Antonios Fkiaras) Judge of Great Falls.She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Judge; parents; sister Laura Craig; and brother-in-law Loyd Craig.
