Gary Steven Phipps

Gary Steven Phipps died peacefully at home in Great Falls at the age of 65. Gary is survived by his wife, Jamie Phipps; son Sean Phipps; daughters Alissa Yaskulski and Kristy Phipps; sisters Laura Wilson of Florida and Wanda Gorden of California; and brothers Mike Brantner, and Greg Brantner. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Brantner; father John Henry; stepfather Al Brantner; sister Linda Dolphing; and granddaughter October Perez. Gary was born on August 21, 1952 in Great Falls, Montana to Dorthy and John Henry Phipps. He served in the USMC and MANG. Gary spent his life working a civil service job at Malmstrom AFB in Great Falls. He instilled a love of all types of music into his children. A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, January 22, 2018 from 2:00 p.m.to 4:00 p.m. at the Schnider Funeral Home Hospitality Room.
