Frederick Bierlein

Frederick Fred C. Bierlein Jr., 56, of Great Falls, son, brother and uncle left us on May 6, 2014 to go fishing in heaven.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel. Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements.Fred was born May 29, 1957 to Shirley (Goeken) and Fred Bierlein. He attended Easter Seal schools in Great Falls. After his dads death, he lived at the Berkner House from 2001 until 2011, when he moved into the Missouri River Manor, where he resided until his death.He loved fishing, camping, hunting, Johnny Cash and John Wayne.Fred overcame a multitude of health problems and lived a full life. His body is healed and he is fishing with his dad and sister.We would like to thank the staff at Berkner House and Missouri River Manor for the excellent care he received.Fred is survived by his mother, Shirley; sisters Debbie (Larry) Demaree, Cindy (Derek) Taylor and Helen Bierlein; brother-in-law John Amelsberg; and many nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his father, Fred; and sister Chris Amelsberg who welcome him with open arms.Memorials may be made to Missouri River Manor, Residents Fund, 1130 17th Ave. S., Great Falls, MT 59405.Fred, we love you and miss you.
