Eloise Dent

Eloise G. (Kent) Dent, 80, of 3000 11th Ave. S., a bookkeeper, died of natural causes Tuesday, Nov. 8, at Highgate Senior Living Center.Cremation has taken place under the direction of Schnider Funeral Home, and her ashes will be placed in a niche next to that of her husband at Glacier Memorial Gardens in Kalispell.Eloise was born April 12, 1931, in Kalispell, Mont., and was raised and educated in Great Falls. She attended Great Falls High School. In 1948, she married Virgil Dent in Great Falls. Eloise was a great sister, a wonderful wife and a loving mother. While we'll all miss her terribly, she will live on in our hearts forever. Survivors include her sons, Jimmie Dent of Wilsall, Mont., Richard Dent of Phoenix, Ariz., and David Dent of Vienna, Va.; sisters, Frieda Terry of Kalispell, Mont., Pat Thune of Yuma, Ariz., and Mary Ellen Johnson, Joan Bradley and Billie Jo Cooper, all of Great Falls; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Dent, in 1995.
