Elida Garza Garrido

Elida Garza Garrido,79, of Great Falls, passed away with her family at her bed side at Peace Hospice. Per her request, no services are planned. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Schnider Funeral Home. Elida was born August 26, 1935 in Yorktown, Texas and held various jobs until she met and married her U.S. Army soldier husband, Miguel of 57 years in Tacoma Washington. She was a home maker who loved taking care of her family and as a military wife single handedly took care of her children as her husband fought overseas for 2 tours in the Vietnam war. Elida is survived by her husband, Miguel; sons Michael and Johnny; daughter Melinda; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren
