Eileen Riha

Eileen F. Riha, 74, of Great Falls, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at her home.A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2013 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 3708 2nd Ave S, with a potluck. Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements.Eileen was born on June 5, 1939 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania to Albert and Irene Liptak. She was raised in Pennsylvania until she was sixteen, when the family moved to California where she graduated from high school. Eileen lived there most of her life. For the last twelve years she called Great Falls, MT home.Eileen was a loving, caring, friendly and outgoing person, who was always willing to help anyone who needed it. She loved animals, painting, and especially spending time with family and friends.Elieen is survived by her daughters, Sherri (Paul) Clonch of Harker Heights, TX and Renee (Paul Sr) Bramblett of Great Falls; brother Phil Liptak of Riverside, CA; sister Neila VanZant of Clairmont, CA; grandchildren Amy, Jamie, Paul Jr and Nichole; and four great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter, Terri.Memorials in Eileens name may be made to the Great Falls Animal Shelter, 1010 25th Ave. NE, Great Falls, MT 59404.
