Edward Ramsted, 83, of Great Falls, a retired Assessor for the State of Montana, died on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at a local care facility of natural causes.A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the home of his daughter, Claree Kelly, 620 3rd Ave North.Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements.Survivors include his wife Beverly; son Edward Tim Ramsted of Great Falls; his daughters, Claree Kelly, Cindy Venetz, and Charlie Kimmet all of Great Falls; a sister Shirley Engle of Cheney, WA; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
