Delores Darlene Mcallister

Delores Darlene McAllister passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, April 11, 2020. She was born November 15, 1934, to Robert and Anna Mae Purcell.Delores had six children, Zella Meschke, Dee Dee Pushee, Susan Mergenthaler, Anita Baum, Shirley Hilton, and Timothy J. McAllister. She was dearly loved by her husband, Tim McAllister of 60 years and by her family and all the extended families she touched with her smile, generosity, and kindness.She was an avid crocheter and a devoted Christian.She also enjoyed all animals, especially her little Wiley. She is survived by her husband, Tim McAllister of Geyser; children, Zella, Dee Dee, Susan, Shirley, and Timothy; mother, Anna Mae Purcell of Missoula; sisters, Bonnie Rasmussen and Shirley Alexander; numerous grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Purcel; brother, Bobbie Purcell; daughter, Anita; and grandson, Timothy James “TJ.” A memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Delores’s name to the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
