Clara K. Fox, 92, of Great Falls passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015 at a local care facility.Viewing will be at 6:00 p.m., one hour prior to the vigil service at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 2, 2015 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. The funeral liturgy will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Clara was born on April 13, 1923 in Great Falls to James and Mary Even. She graduated in 1941 from Great Falls High School. She married David William on October 26, 1942 in Choteau.She was the matriarch of her family. As the matriarch she planned holidays, get togethers, and all family functions. She was a master seamstress, making wedding dresses, Halloween costumes, holiday dresses, blankets, and oil painted portraits. She also handmade many cakes for her grandchildren.Clara was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and she and David were charter members of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She volunteered for many organizations and was devoted to her family and church.She is survived by her children, Carolee (Robert) Brydon of Portland, OR and Roger (Noi) Fox of Isleton, CA; brother-in-law Richard Fox of Great Falls; five grandchildren, Mark Brydon, Michelle (David) Fox-Hustwaite, Tiffani (Chad) Fox, Katherine (Erik) Estrada, and Jennie (Eric) Brydon-Otterman; and five great-grandchildren.
