Charles Perkins

Charles Chuck W. Perkins died on Monday, June 24, 2013 at a local nursing home of natural causes. Services will be held on Saturday, June 29, at 2 pm at Sunrise Presbyterian Church, 3809 6th Ave South, Great Falls.He was born in Detroit, Michigan to William and Rebecca Perkins. He attended school in Detroit and Windsor, Ontario. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard in WWII. Worked for Burrows Computer and retired from K-G Men's Store in Holiday Village.He was a member of Sunrise Presbyterian Church, Cascade Lodge #34 AF&AM, Scottish Rite and Algeria Shrine in Helena, Helen C. Roberts #79, Order of Eastern Star. He was especially proud of being a member of the Algeria Shrine Thunderbird Patrol.He is survived by his wife, Mary of Great Falls; daughters, Cindy George and Patti Bryne of Great Falls; sons, David of St. Paul, MN and James of Great Falls; step-daughters, Vickie Rogers of Cut Bank and Clory Clark of Great Falls; and many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Sunrise Presbyterian Church, 3809 6th Ave S, Great Falls, MT 59405 or the charity of your choice.
