Bonnie Edwards

Bonnie Norby Edwards, 72, of Great Falls, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2017.Bonnie was born October 15, 1944 in Fairview, Montana to Ludvig Happy and Christine Norby. As the youngest child in the family, she grew up with the children of her siblings. She attended grade school at Sioux Pass where her father farmed. She graduated from Sidney High School and Eastern Montana College. She had a long career as a teacher and a school librarian in Fairview, Glendive, Billings and Great Falls, MT and a year in New York. She ended her career at the Great Falls Vo-Tech.Bonnie married Steve Edwards in Billings, MT in 1974. Together they raised a daughter and a son.She was preceded in death by her parents; four siblings; nephew Keith; niece Cristy; and great-niece Dawn Marie.Bonnie is survived by her children, Stephanie and Steven; four grandchildren Gage, Luke, Alanna and Annabella; as well as 14 nieces and nephews. Burial of ashes will take place at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Highland Cemetery followed by a memorial service at 10:30 a.m. at Victory Christian Church, 3220 11th Ave. S. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
