Bernerd "Bernie" Burkstrand

Bernie Burkstrand, 74, of Great Falls, died on Friday, June 28, 2013. A celebration of his life will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the Eagles Manor. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Burkstrand of Great Falls; his sons Terre Martin of Great Falls and Lionel Martin of Maine; his daughters Cathy Drost of Great Falls and Terry Lynn Martin of Butte; his brothers Murlyn and Roger ( Bobbie) Burkstrand both of Great Falls; his sisters Trudy (Robert) Pulst, Doris (Buster) Wheeler, LuAnn Myre, and Cindy Ramsey all of Great Falls; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.Bernie was preceded in death by his parents; sister Karen Balsley; and brother Neil Burkstrand.
