Arthur "Bill" Ovrom

Arthur Bill Ovrom, 55, of Great Falls, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2015 of natural causes at Peace Hospice.The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel. Burial at Highland Cemetery and reception at Eagles Lodge immediately following. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Bill was born December 23, 1959 in Great Falls, Montana to William Aul Ovrom and Theresa (Renna) Ovrom.Bill attended Great Falls High School from 1973-1977, after which he received his welding certificate in San Diego, CA and EMT certification. For most of his life, Bill practiced as a licensed Private Investigator and Process Server for the State of Montana.Bill spent much of his free time in the wilderness of Montana- backpacking, camping, fishing, and dirt biking with his family. He was also an accomplished marksman.Bill was a life-long learner and enjoyed using that knowledge to better those around him. He is loved by many and will be sorely missed.Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Collette Ovrom of Great Falls; son Jeffrey Ovrom of Great Falls; and daughter Stephanie Ovrom of Austin, TX.He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Theresa Ovrom.
