Artha Deras

Artha Lee Deras, 88, of Great Falls, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2016.No services per her request. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Artha was born on May 26, 1928 to Ruth and Arthur Moe in Great Falls. She graduated from Great Falls High School in 1946 and the University of Montana in 1950 where she was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority.She married Charles Deras in Omaha, Nebraska in 1952. She was employed as a secretary for the 29th Air Division at Great Falls AFB and later by Madden Construction Supply Company.Artha is survived by her brother, Don Moe; niece Kris (Ted) Holmlund; and great-niece Kassie (Doug) Longfellow.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and nephews Greg Moe and Ron MoeIn lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Rivers Edge Trail, PO Box 553, Great Falls, MT 59403 or Christmas Lighting at Overlook Park, PO Box 2383, Great Falls, MT 59403.
