Ardelle Dokka Haverlandt, 102, of Great Falls, died of natural causes at the Azalea Place in Great Falls.A vigil service will be Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. A funeral liturgy will be Friday, July 1, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with burial following at Mount Olivet. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Ardelle was born on September 19, 1913 in Hazel, South Dakota. She lived in Watertown, South Dakota until 1936 and graduating from Immaculate Conception High School. She came to Montana in 1937 where she met and married Otto Haverlandt in Winnett, Montana.She was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Parish, Catholic Daughters, and University of Great Falls Guild. She enjoyed playing cards, especially Bridge. It was a common occurrence during lunch or dinner to have five generations of the family sitting together around the table.Ardelle is survived by her daughter, Joyce (Joe) Bundi of Sun River; sons Terry Haverlandt of Great Falls, David (Dale) Haverlandt of San Carlos, CA, and Denny (Kelly) Haverlandt of Whitefish; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; and sister Lorraine Gregoire of Great Falls.She was preceded by her husband, Otto and son Ron who both died in 2002; and great-grandson Trevor Ball in 2014.In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Ardelles name to a charity of your choice.
