Anna Grabowski

Anna Grabowski, 85, a Great Falls homemaker, died of natural causes Tuesday, Sept. 13, at a local nursing home.Visitation is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at Schnider Funeral Home, followed by a vigil service at 6 p.m. at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel. Funeral Liturgy is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery.Anna was born near Lublin, Poland, on Dec. 25, 1925. She immigrated to the United States in 1946, and came to Great Falls in 1950.She married Joseph Grabowski on Nov. 15, 1951.Anna was a past parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church and worked with many organizations at the church. She was an avid gardener who also loved to sew and take long walks with friends.Survivors include her husband, Joseph Grabowski of Great Falls; a son, Michael Grabowski of Highlands Ranch, Colo.; a daughter, Donna Pleasant of Gray, Tenn.; and grandchildren Ryan, Katie and Rachel.
