Anna C. Radcliffe

Anna C. Radcliffe, 82, of Great Falls, passed away on December 23, 2015.No service this time, a remembrance service will be later this coming spring where she will be placed to rest next to her father. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Schnider Funeral Home.Anna was born on November 26, 1933 to Lawrence and Bertie (Coppedge) Carlstrom in Stanford, Montana. She graduated from Denton High School in 1951. She met her future husband, James, in grade school in Fairfield before moving to Denton. She and James met again when he went to work in Denton and he began courting the young Anna almost immediately, getting married before the year was out. Their first daughter Barbie was born that same year. The young family then moved to San Bernadino, California where they remained for next three years before moving back to Denton. They then moved to Lewistown where they raised their growing family for the next 13 years until moving to Bozeman and opening their real estate business, which they successfully ran until 2003. They moved to Great Falls at the end of 2003 and split their time between Great Falls and Yuma.She was an avid Bobcat fan and cherished being a mother and grandmother. She followed the kids and grandkids around to their various sporting events.Anna is survived by her husband, James Radcliffe of Great Falls; son Tom (Diane) Radcliffe of Bozeman; daughters Barbara Stanley of Colorado Springs, CO and Cindy (Tom) Winjum of Great Falls; brothers Bert (Ruth) Carlstrom of Ft. Benton and Jim (Lana) Carlstrom of Colorado; 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers John, Lawrence Jr., and Bill; sisters Lorraine, Ethel, and Cathy.
